Step 2 · Before the Project

Color Consultation

Once you accept the estimate, we help you finalize colors, sheens, and finishes. We bring a Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore color deck and walk through how each color reads in your light. For exteriors, we'll paint a sample patch on the wall so you can see it in morning, afternoon, and evening light before committing.

Step 3 · Days 1–2 of Work

Prep & Protect

The boring part that makes everything else last. We move furniture with care, cover floors and landscaping, mask trim and fixtures, and handle the surface prep that 80% of painting failures trace back to: cleaning, sanding, caulking, repairing, and priming. We don't skip this. We don't shortcut it. Your project gets the prep it deserves.

What "prep" actually means here
  • Pressure wash and degrease exteriors; mild chloride neutralizer for coastal homes
  • Hand-scrape and mechanically sand any failing coatings to a sound substrate
  • Repair stucco cracks, fill nail holes and dings on interior walls, replace damaged caulk

Step 4 · Most of the Project

Paint Application

Two finish coats with the products specified in your estimate — premium acrylic, polyaspartic, or sprayed cabinet finish, depending on the job. We brush, roll, or spray based on what the surface needs. Crews are punctual, polite, and clean up daily. You'll always know who's at your house and when.

  • Hardware re-mounted, fixtures protected, jobsite spotless

Step 6 · After You're Done

Warranty Activation

You receive a written warranty on labor and materials. If anything fails within the warranty period — peeling, blistering, flaking from our application — we come back and fix it. No invoice, no service call charge, no hassle. Just the standard we'd want for our own homes.
